Any suggestions would be appreciated. My Diplomat dishwasher 8322 developed a fault. When the wash cycle starts you can hear the drain cycle start first and then the next cycle should allow for the water to enter but this doesn't happen. A 4 flash code follows.
I have opened the door during the cycle and it is obvious no water has entered. I have also poured water into the dishwasher to check if it would drain which it does.
Some advice/answers would be appreciated for the following questions
1) Has the pump packed up?
2) Is there different pumps for drain and supply of water?
3) I have cleaned the filter but there is also another black filter below that. How do you remove to clean it?
4)This is a integrated system. How do I get to the pump and how does this dishwasher come apart.
