diplomat double oven adp4581 fault

Hi , my oven keeps cutting off when it reaches a certain temperature ,its a fan assisted oven and the power is still on as the clock is working ok, the top and bottom ovens have the same problem they both switch off and the red lights go out for about 10 minutes and then its ok again this is a constant problem and i have had 2 engineers look at it they both say its different faults but they dont seem sure any help would be appreicated thx .
