Direct replacement for mira essentials?

Does anyone know of a shower which would replace the very old Mira essentials without moving plumbing etc? The current shower looks like this:

Probably the mira event xs or vigour would be a straight swop, have a look at the instructions online and you should be able to see if the plumbing is in the same place and same way round.

If yours has broken, all the spares are still available so it should be repairable
