My soil stack is about 5ft from my new toilet position but the discharge from the soil stack passes under my toilet.
Could I tap direct into the discharge pipe rather than take my waste outside to the soil stack and back again ?
I would have toilet , to discharge to sewer with soil stack 5ft behind it unused other than for ventialtion and sink waste
Rather than toilet to soil stack to discharge to sewer

Thank you

Not quite sure what you're saying, am I right in thinking the drain taking the stack passes under your new toilet position and you want to go straight down to connect to this drain rather than the stack?

Can't do that I'm afraid - Gravity is not your friend - solids will splat and stick in the horizontal pipe.
