Dishwasher help

Hey all

I have a Hotpoint dishwasher, unfortunately I can’t see a model number without taking it out.
These lights come on this morning when I turned it on. Tried the usual unplugging it and pressing every button available, removed the waste from the sink trap to look for blockages etc.
it’s come up with these lights, I am guessing they indicate a fault code, can any body help me with this? The on/off light is flashing and the other 2 are on constantly

No idea on the fault, but isn’t there a sticker on the side that states the model?

I was expecting to see one as well. But I can’t see one visible.

It's probably a broken heating element, or a thermostat/temperature sensor fault.
