I agree! It is my current house central heating system (ex council install).

My new house hasn't got CH hence the original post.

Looks like a cowboy job to me. Rad is hung to low. If it was at standard height then pipes would be on the wall and not the skirting.

If I was asked to diamond cut floors I would add £200 +VAT per room.

How do I feel this post is going to run on and on and on and on :roll:
 
You can be an amatuer and surface mount your pipework or a professional and bury it.
( looking at some of the images of pipework on this forum recently it would certainly be better buried and hidden....... lol :lol: )
Tracking walls or floors is no big deal. Specilised firms do it everyday and are very competitive.
