Help. As part of my mortgage agreement I have to make the dividing wall in my loft space up to full height (currently only half way up). The building is an end of terrace approx 100 yrs old.
Do I have to build a 'solid' wall all the way up or can I get away with a timber frame with a fire resistant boarding of some sort.
