'DIY' Air Source Heat Pump (ASHP)

Electrical issues aside, I'm looking for a simple ASHP (to air) that does not require installation by a certified heat pump installer ie one where the refrigerant side of things arrives as a sealed and pre-charged unit which 'sits in a hole in an outside wall', kinda thing...

Does such a beast exist?
