HI. I have laid some MOT type 1 on my driveway ready to lay gravel over the top. It was raining quite heavily when I laid the type 1, two days later with no rain, it shows no sign of drying out and a layer of mush has formed over the top. Why? Please help!

the only thing you can really do is scrape it off and put new stone in
i assume you've put a geo-textile membrane down before MOT, then you're planning another layer of membrane before gravel???
