Do i need to seal a compound leveled floor?

Just finished the final leveling of a very off concrete floor with Ultra Floor level it one HDB, used correct primers etc. Going to be using laminate with Duralay Timbermate Excel underlayment, is it a good idea to seal the floor with a PVA mix first? The finished surface seems really absorbant when i've re-primed between layers.

Ive used the search, and im either using the wrong terms or looking for a problem that doesnt exist, but i cant find the answer!
