Do I need to size previously papered wall?

Should always size first prior to repapering walls. You cant have enough paste, it will always dry out but not enough and the paper will start to lift. Different surfaces have different absorbency rates and will suck the paste of the back of the paper before you have time to slide it into position, hence the need to size.
