Do I stand a chance of fitting a UPVC or Composite door as a one man job?

As the title, really. Always assumed I'd DIY the doors and windows in my extension, but with COVID I can't really get helpers.

Wondering if I stand any chance of doing it alone, or if it really is a 2 person job.

Bear in mind I've never fitted a door before.

Upvc door:yes
Composite: maybe, if you are a very strong man.
I once fitted a solid oak fron door on my own, many, many years ago, when my back could take the load.
My advice: don't do it on your own if you like your back.
