Hey Guys,
I know how to do some simple electronics, but I am planning to do some new work and plan to first test my idea in a simulator. I have played around with the free java breadboard simulator. I really like the interface and was wondering if there any other free, trials, or retail simulators that I can use. I would like something like the java one which you can see here http://www.cs.york.ac.uk/netpro/bboard/ you can run in the applet in the browser or download the zip. It's a neat software but doesn't seem to let you do projects with a 555 timer IC. Which is what I am after, I don't mind paying for the software if it's good. So if you know of any 30 day trials. I basically want to create a circuit and say if there is a buzzer in the circuit I would like to hear it on my PC speakers and if there is an LED in the circuit I would like to see it flash on screen. Do you know of anything like this which is easy to use?
Many thanks in advance
