Does an external wall need stabilising solution ?

I just grind the wall in my front house I am not planing to paint over, but i was advised to used stabilising solution.

Any advised?

I am going to used an storm-dry water sealant after that would that be OK?

Wouldn't have thought you'd need both, stabilising solution should only be applied to chalky friable surfaces. If you've damaged the faces of the bricks i'd have thought you'd be right with a water sealant, only my opinion though as i don't deal with bricks much
