does anti mould paint work?

Used to get bad mould in my bathroom redid the ceiling and painted it with Wickes anti-mould emulsion and we haven't seen a single spot since.

So I would say yes!

But we also fitted a more efficient extract fan at the same time so I'm sure that also helps keep the moisture at bay.

You can't expect the paint alone to work wonders if the room is constantly dripping!

What is your situation?

You can't beat bleach ! kills it and stops it for quite a while.
However given the right conditions it will come back !

Ventilation prevents mould spores settling, paint has little effect if any.

I used an additive that you can add to most paints. Used on a problomatic conservatory wall and have not seen any mould whatsover in 4 years.
