some people do not understand how some things work. but did YOU know there are 2 cold water , 1 hot water valves on a washing mc (3 cold if its a washer dryer)

I had this problem on mine and all it was, was that when you took you took out the soap drawer and looked above it, the jet holes were blocked with gunge. After cleaning it out it worked fine again...
