Our front door 18 months old has started to develop blisters/ bubbles in the door panels , the surround panel is ok though , any thoughts.

I'd guess PVC!
Dark woodgrain effect panels suck up the heat especially south facing and then just warp or bubble up, replacement panel/s required, contact the installer or if they're not trading anymore then put a claim in on your IBG thats assuming it covers sun damage
