Door handle replacements

Hi,

Can anybody help with trying replace internal door handles. They all have a 50mm hole and the screw together with two screws, I cannot find any replacements that would work with this 50mm hole.

Any chance anybody knows what this style is called to help me search or know of any replacements?

Just check out B&Q's website www.diy.com under door handles.
Part number 0000003409657 look about right.
