Door seal for Skandiluxe CF309 chest freezer

The seal of the titled chest freezer is getting pretty lousy at sealing, can anyone suggest a source for a replacement please? Or is it possible to buy an oversized one and trim it to fit?

Or is there a way to rejuvenate the old one?
