If you want to use full width of the opening get a 826mm x2040mm door with a door lining kit to suit, you may have to rip this down to fit your 95mm width but allow extra for wall finish (plaster,tiles, etc.)Foam fill is good to fill any gaps after fixing lining with spacers as it's also a tough adhesive which will hold it all together firmly.
