Door Threshold after reversing door

Hi,

I asked my builder to reverse a door but he forgot to take into consideration the threshold so now the carpet from my hallway comes into my bathroom. What is the best way to overcome this ? I've attached a photo so you know what I mean.

Any advice will be much appreciated.

Get a extra wide doortrim or extend the ceramics to the doorway.
