Hi, we are about to put down LVT but have a broken step in the door threshold between two of the rooms (photos attached). What would be the easiest and cheapest way to sort this? Could it be repaired or do we need to remove it completely? Thank you!

A cosmetic repair is going to be a harder repair than structural. I'd find the best colour matched resin stone crack repair filler and use that. Otherwise you going to have to smash it out and put in a new step of some sort.
