Hi,whats the best strong way to make doors 3" bigger all round,replacing reclaimed pine doors,which are 3" smaller all round.

you have 2 real choices
source doors the correct size or a few mm bigger
or reduce the opening
adding timber will look well not very nice more so if they are clear coated
