Hi,
I am looking for a sliding door gear kit for a lounge dining room partition which is being joinery made using 4 doors, 2 as sidelights and an overlight across the 4 doors. The two doors in the middle will be the opening pair ovbiously and the whole glazed partition will be clearly visable from both rooms.
There is wooden flooring going right through both rooms so no threshold runners etc can be used. I would consider these fancy soft closeing systems if they arent crazy money but wouldnt really want to spend more than £200.
Im using LPD oak doors which will be glazed in the top half, weight isnt much of an issue but i tend towards commercial quality items anyway in the hope they will last longer.
Can anyone recommend a kit they think suitable. Tis a bit of a minefield when you start looking!
