Double extension help

We are looking to gather advice on if we can extend on our property without planning permission.

I have looked online to gather some info but need something clearing up.

We live in a terrace property and are looking to extend at the rear, for a single extension i can extend 6mts and for a double 3mts but can’t see to say that we can extend downstairs by 6mts and upstairs by 3mts is this something that could be possible without planning?

We have a large back garden so the boundary wouldn’t be close to the extension if built

Any advice or information would be greatly appreciated

why not enquire at the planning dept?
