Fitted a replacement double rad. to my system which heats the bungalow. Only one panel heats up, the other, just warm at the top, Have tried bleeding several times but only get hot water, no air. Rest of the heating works well, apart from the the odd bit of metallic knocking when things get going. The noises are a fairly recent thing, could this be due to my problem rad? Any advice please......

was the previous radiator single or double?
