Downlighters for a Bathroom?

Hi All

A family member has bought some of these:

and was asking me to replace their old ones in the bathroom. Are these suitable for bathroom? The ceiling height is above the 2.25m but i just wasnt sure if there were any other regs or anything that says otherwise.

In a bathroom you'd be better off with the IP65 rated fittings - these have seals that stop moisture (steam, humidity) getting past the fitting and into the void above, where it would condense and cause damp/promote mould growth, etc. Some seem to think that the IP65 fittings are only needed above the shower or bath, where the steam is greatest, but I prefer to fit them over the whole bathroom.
