Downpipe bracket, pvc into CI

Does anyone know where to get a plastic downpipe clip that sits the pipe level with an older cast iron bracket.

Plastic going into CI, Existing CI pipe hugs the wall, PVC clip kicks the pvc pipe out too far.

Too disruptive to remove lower part of CI as it runs through an RC balcony, and onto downstairs neighbours property.

Would the CI effect uPVC be any good? Expensive though...

I only know of the flush fitting brackets, that sit the pipe hard against the wall as opposed to the ones that sit an inch or so away.
