These questions mostly relate to a limited available length of stack to branch into:
1. Can I join the waste from the shower & handbasin into one, before the stack?
2. What distance does the above inlet (on the stack) need to be from the WC inlet?
3) ....or are the above inlets preset on the branch connection? As they are both coming from the same side, is there a branch with the 2 connector inlets (phraseology good eh?!!) one above the other?
THANKS FOR ANY SUGGESTIONS!

Google Marley plumbing....they`ve got a good soil/waste diagram ;)

1. Yes, but use 50mm pipe from the point where they join, to the stack.
2. Bring the waste from 1. into the the top of the stack pipe (assuming its horizontal at that point).
3. As Nige F said.

Thanks very much for this guys - a great help!
Relating to (2) on Bathjobby's reply, I'm breaking into an existing vertical stack.....can I therefore get a seperate boss for the toilet waste, and one for the basin/shower, position them one on top of the other and rotate so both outlets are facing the same way (cos both are coming towards the stack from the same direction), or will that nasty Buildng Inspector chappy  find fault?
Hope this isn't toooo confusing, THANKS AGAIN!
