Hi, I am trying to work out if condensation or something more sinister is causing icy cold skirting boards, mould on wooden furniture legs and electrical plugs (not wall sockets - the tv plug itself) if clothing is left on the floor near an outside wall it feels very cold when picked up. Area is carpeted. Outside you can't see the DPC as it seems to be covered by a concrete lip at right angles to the path, a fancy path made from concrete put into a mould then laid was put down before my time here, and the lip could have been part of that.
