Drain cover

Hello. Does such a thing exist? My drain cover is right outside back door. As it is latticed the rain permanently settles on it and wet is brought inside. Am I able to buy a smooth cover to put on top?

I don’t believe you can, as they’re probably designed to be slip resistant. You can get block paving types though.
