Drain pipe blocked

Can anyone tell me how to unblock the drain pipe leading from the washing machine to the drain? i have tried pouring hot soapy water down it and have also used the foaming de-clogger to no avail. Water comes back up the pipe and floods the floor. The pipe probably hasn't been cleaned in years so I am guessing that it is full of hair, scum, grease etc from years of using the washing machine.
