Drainage in Garden Advice

We have always had issues with drainage in and around the bins in our back garden.

The grass near our bins gets quite wet and boggy in the wintertime.

I also wash off the dog with the hosepipe near this area and this makes the situation much worse.

I don't want to disturb the concrete too much (or at all if possible) as the services run into this area, any suggestions?

It's probably because it's getting trampled from going back and forth to the bins, best bet is to put down a path.
