I have a 68mm down pipe clearing water from my gutters and I also need to drain a 50mm pipe from a (soon to be constructed) first floor kitchen within the bungalow loft space.

My building inspector tells me it needs to be in a pipe in excess of 75mm diameter but he is content for the two wastes to go down the same pipe into the trapped underground 110mm orange plastic system we have.

My problem is the short section of orange pipe protruding from the concrete path is only about 30mm proud of the concrete path and is a little close to the wall for a 110mm down pipe to sit in it's clips and to compound the problem, it is a few degrees from vertical. This isn't a problem for the 68mm pipe as it enters the pipe via a rubber bung type adaptor and so the discrepancy doesn't matter.

I've seen reference to 80mm down pipe but there seems to be few adaptor fittings and therefore I think it would be easier to change to a 110mm stack and connect the rain water in the top and the kitchen through a solvent weld strap on boss.

My question is how would I be best to join the stack to my squint underground pipe, without having to disturb the path which could then mean having to do a drain test as well as patching a mature path.

I've seen flexible rubber connectors for 110 into fireclay. Do those exist for 110 to 110 and can they be used on the surface.

Any helpful suggestions would be gratefully received. Thank you.
