If i have 5 houses in a row ,whats the minimum amount of vent/stacks i would need??

One possibly. As long as the head of the drain is vented, AAV's may be acceptable on the lower runs. However, it may be prudent to vent each stack, reduces risk of problems. Ground floor either stub stack and AAV or direct connection to drain.
