Drainpipe not connected to Drain.

Hi - I'm looking for some advice. I have lived in this house for over two years and have recently realised that the downspout shown in the photo was not connected to the ground drain. This downspout handles half the rainwater on the roof.
My driveway slopes towards the garage, so the rainwater was flowing through the gravel and under the garage.
I have now attached the downspout and drain (it had a rubber connection that wasn't fitted on the spout) and the rain is discharging correctly.
Has the two years of rain done any damage to the foundations and ground under the house?
I'd appreciate any advice.
Thanks.

I've repaired it. Just wondered if someone could advise on possible foundations damage due to the excessive rainwater.
