Hi,we have the above situation. Top floor (3 Rd) newish build flats 13 years old. Mansard roof with roof tiles with short brick wall 2 foot high forming lead gully.
Internal walls are plasterboard on metal studs with fibreglass type insulation in between.
No roof tiles are missing and the walls below us are made from brick.
Is there any product available to reduce the many draughts from electrical boxes ?

Thanks in advance

It's a tricky situation because the void behind the plasterboard should be entirely inside the insulation and the air barrier should be at the same layer. Any outside air getting behind the plasterboard suggests the insulation is being bypassed.
You can block the back boxes of the sockets somehow, but you'll still be effectively in a plasterboard tent.
The best way to solve it would be to check penetrations through the wall eg soill pipes and make sure they aren't letting air through the insulation layer. If it's coming through at ceiling level from the loft it can be tricky to get in to block things.
As a final step you can caulk the back boxes after turning off the power.
