Drawer runners sliders

OK just tarting up a kitchen my late frther put in 20 years ago ( rental now my Dads passed)... so though I'd see why the drawer runners off the utensil drawer was sticky.. took the runner off and ball bearings everywhere..
So my question is it seems to measure about 280mm closed... for ordering one is the size you buy measured in a closed position?? Where would I get one?
The runners seem to be 25mm and sit in a channel on the side of the drawer.... sorry for the daft questions.

Mike thanks for that. I just spoke to a friend of mine who's an Oracle and he said measure shut...he also thinks Stax a warehouse we use may have them... ta d
