Could anyone offer an alternative programmer option to a Drayton sm1 currently not working , on an ecomax 824/2e fitted 2005
Boiler and programmer share an airing cupboard with 5 core between them and honeywell roomstat downstairs in hall

The SM1 is a single channel programmer with volt-free contacts. You will need to fit something of the same spec.

If you want something a bit more rock 'n' roll, the digital Drayton Tempus 1 is much cheaper and allows 3 x on and off programmes per day. It will also fit the existing wiring backplate without any wiring changes -
