dribbling noise in boiler? Air?

hi, i need some help, i have just moved a cylinder from one side of a house to another. after job was complete filled the system and fired it up and there is a constant gurgling, dribbling noise from the boiler?
the system is fully pumped, glow worm space saver, s-plan (2-2 ports).
appreciate any help as im stumped.
