Hi all,

I appreciate there are many threads on here in regards to this topic, however most are in regards to smoothe floor tiles, thus

Please help, I have grouted a wall today and being the dumb ass I am, did too big an area for a DIY'er and although I removed the majority of the excess, there's 'a lot' I didn't get off as it dried....

The problem is I have a patterned tile and this is what's happened

I've spent a few hours scrubbing with a scourer, using, hot water, cold water, soapy water etc, I've worn through several scourers and my finger tips.

After doing a half decent job of fitting the tiles, I've totally ****ed up the finish and I'm gutted.

Can anyone please advise me how best to proceed in cleaning the grout off it would be very much appreciated

Thanks in advance

Gaz

What sort of tiles are they? Wondering if you can use some chemical without ruining the tiles
