Through, or into? I've drilled into quite easily in order to put up hanging basket brackets etc. Just try to guess where the rebar is to avoid having to re-drill if you hit it. (I think there's normally 4 rebars running roughly down the corners, google will show you more). I guess different manufacturers will do it slightly differently.
