What do you use for drilling an outside wall for the kitchen waste pipe?

I bought a 46mm drill, would my drill that plugs into the mains do or would I need a bigger two handed type one.

Also it does not have a guide drill (Small drill in centre) to get it started. Anyone have any experience of these, if they're any use or a t**t to use?

Cheers

I take it you mean you have got a 46mm core drill.

This will need a 13mm pilot hole drilled first in the center then the guide from the core drill slips into this to hold the core bit in place.

If you try to use it without a guide you will skid all over the wall and probably break the bit
