Hi,

I was wondering if the tool above is suitable for drilling a hole
in the wall for a sink waste pipe. The tct bits are cheaper than the diamond ones and I am a DIYer who will use this once so if it wears off it is not too bad.

The alternative is to drill a series of walls and the use hammer and chisel but I'd rather cut a neat hole.

Does the bit above need any adaptor to use it with an SDS drill?

thanks

Its usually easier to get it from Toolstation or last resort Screwfix.
