Dripping Tap

Please can any one offer advice. My kitchen mixer monoblock tap is a quater turn type and has a ceramic type washer ( as opposed to the rubber type )

It has a constant drip, I have taken it apart and cleaned the ceramic face but this hasnt solved the drip. Can I replace the ceramic washer or do I have to buy a complete new tap.

Sorry for the ignorance John ,, but why the price differences some of them look the same.

And can they be mixed and matched?
