Dripping Tap

Was about to attempt to replace the washers in the tap shown below when a friend suggested that some similar taps have cartridges in them. Does anyone know if this one has?

If they are quarter turn, they are cartridges. They usually drip because of build up of limescale, they limescale can easily be removed by soaking the cartridges in limescale remover or lemon juice.

They are cartridges, Soak in white vinagar.
