Is this damage repairable on a stone resin tray?

It would need flattened out then filled and then an acrylic paint. It'll never be exactly right but it can be repaired, similar approach as if it was car bodywork. This is one of the kits available

How would I flatten it out? Sand paper
With that ridge I'd even use a nice sharp chisel and whittle it down just at the raised edge, then fill and flatten back with 180>240>400/600, then paint (with such a small repair I'd even use a fine brush rather than spray). It's never going to be perfect though.

There is a couple of lines coming off it. But it should still be ok?

Can't really see it in the pic. Wouldn't think so though, if it's stone resin then it needs to be pretty well major cracked to leak, chance are it's just the acrylic top coating you are seeing the surface cracks in where it's risen up. Once you flatten it they should disappear.

You might be able to use white milliput. I have used this on a plastic bath to repair a ding, should stick to ceramic too... and it's a cheap start around £6...
