which is best - accrylic or stone resin shower tray??

hi

looking at buying a shower enclosure but there is a choice of either acrylic or stone resin trays.

which is the best one to go for as i thought the stone resin one would be stronger but worried if we drop something on it it will chip. this wouldnt happen with the acrylic one would it as its plastic??

any help or advice appreciated!!!

don't be so sure.
i think i prefer the stone resin over acrylic they are nice and heavy.
