Dual flush handle not returning

I've just replaced my dual flush syphon. I've used Lab Sanitary B228 syphon plus their C529b handle. My problem is that after flush the handle won't return to the horizontal position. The syphon refills OK. As far as I can see, I've joined all the pieces together OK.
Help please I'm not sure what I should be checking.

Try it with the smaller handle it is supplied with, the larger one you have may not be compatible. I have found the B288 siphon to be exceptionally efficient in the flush, but I use it with a push button.

The C529b handle is the one Lab Sanitary recommend. Also no handle was supplied with the kit.

Solved, they had sent a unit for a push button operation!
Replacement unit now installed and handle fitted - works perfectly.
