Has anyone used one of these? Dudley incorporates one into one of their concealed toilets.

Are there any other types of toilet bowl venting system that vent to outside rather than to a replaceable carbon filter as the PanFan has? A concealed system would preclude changing such a filter.

I doubt there's an option to vent to outside, you'd have to make a considerable hole in the cistern somewhere. Concealed cisterns need to be accessible for maintenance (changing ball valves etc) so I don't see the problem
